Dr. Carmen Cosme, MD

Dr. Carmen Cosme, MD, is the Chief Medical Officer for WorldWide Medical Staffing-Indian Health Services. She has spent her career serving the medically underserved. She is a Pediatrician with over 21 years of experience as an Indian Health Public Health Officer. Dr. Cosme received her Doctor of Medicine from Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

As the CMO for WWM-Indian Health Affairs, Dr Cosme provides senior leadership and advisory services to the WWM President and senior management staff in the areas of IHS best medical practices, protocols, reviewing healthcare personnel matters including chart reviews and investigating sentinel events.

Dr. Jeffrey Harrow

COL (ret) Jeffrey Harrow, MD, PhD, FACP is the Chief Medical Officer for WorldWide Medical Staffing-Veterans Affairs. Dr Harrow is dual board-certified in Internal Medicine & Spinal Cord Injury Medicine. He has over 21 years of Veterans Hospital experience including Spinal Cord Injury Service, Inpatient, Outpatient and Emergency Medicine Services.

As CMO for WWM-Veterans Affairs, Dr. Harrow provides senior leadership and advisory services to the President and senior management staff in the areas of VA best medical practices, protocols, reviewing healthcare personnel matters including chart reviews and investigating sentinel events.

Marylou Karambizi
Marylou KarambiziClinical Nurse Specialist
Marylou Karambizi, FNP-BC, RN, MSN, is the Chief Nursing Officer for WorldWide Medical Staffing. She is a former Public Health Service Officer with over 30 years of diverse experience including 10 years with the United Nations as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, and 8 years with Indian Health Services as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

As the Chief Nursing Officer for WWM, Marylou provides executive leadership and strategic direction for the dept of Nursing Services. She advises the WWM President and senior staff on nursing issues that impact healthcare, consults on employment issues and provides recommendations to identify and mitigate other potential issues.

Christina Thomas, NHA, RN, MHA, FACHE

Christina has an expansive, thirty-eight year background of diverse healthcare experience, Christina Thomas’s professional history based in Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and South Dakota speaks for itself. After receiving her license as a registered nurse, Christina went on to achieve her Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Management & Communications and Masters of Health Administration from Montana State University.

As a board-certified member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, she went on to expand her role as a multi-disciplinary clinician and gained experience with multiple state processes. She has served for thirty-one years in clinical and administrative leadership roles.
